Some rooms could benefit from additional natural light!!! A bit more effort in maintaining cleanliness of linens would not go unnoticed!!! Limited parking communication may leave guests feeling misled!!!

The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and the marina. I enjoyed the well-maintained outdoor space, which was comfortable even during the warmer weather. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in easy. The garden view from my room was a delightful touch that enhanced my stay.

We really enjoyed our two-night stay, especially the spacious Triple Room with great A/C for the heat. The breakfast had delicious pastries, and I loved the vibe of the outdoor seating area! I'd definitely come back here.

Enrico, the owner, was always friendly and ready to help. My room was cozy, equipped with air conditioning, and kept spotless daily. However, I found our room to be a bit dark with just one small window. The lack of natural light made the space feel smaller than it was. Also, some of the communal areas got a bit noisy during the day, especially near the courtyard. This made it hard to relax at times. It would have been great to have a clearer disclosure about the breakfast not being included in the package. A voucher for breakfast would have been a nice touch. Despite the hiccups, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the local tips provided by Enrico. It's a peaceful retreat away from the touristy spots and close to excellent dining options. The location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and marina restaurants.

The owner’s warm welcome and the spotless, spacious room made my one-night stay truly enjoyable. A short walk led me to a fantastic café recommended by him, enhancing my experience even more.

So we checked into this small place and I gotta say,,, the atmosphere was very inviting. The owner was just super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. he even shared some tips on where to get the best local wine, which was a nice surprise.

Not exactly cheap, but worth it in the end.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick weekend visit in Marina Di Pisa with very good value for money. The host was super friendly and even became our buddy just because we mentioned we were from Leicester. Bring along a Leicester shirt if you want to make him smile!
